Appointments and booking
Bookings made through Practice Better or by phone are requests for an appointment and are subject to availability and confirmation. We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Any additional cancellation and rescheduling terms shown when you book also form part of these terms. Lesh Lifestyle is a self-pay practice; we do not bill insurance, though superbills are provided on request.
Telehealth
Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in a state where Dr. Sarah Secor-Jones is licensed at the time of the visit. By booking a telehealth visit you confirm your location and agree to the telehealth consent provided through the patient portal.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Lesh Lifestyle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
Third-party links
