Her Approach
The way
Dr. Sarah works
Emergency medicine taught her to read a person quickly and act on what the data showed. Integrative care asks the same question with more time attached, which is why she keeps reading until the cause under the symptom has a name.
Dr. Sarah writes every program in the practice and takes every discovery call. Your history does not get handed to a second person before your plan is written.
Hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers and nutrient status get worked up together before anything is prescribed, so the plan answers what your bloodwork shows.
Her menopause training sits on top of board certification in emergency medicine, which is what lets these be worked up together rather than referred out one at a time.
Dr. Sarah and Charles Jones, RN, BSN, run Lesh Lifestyle together. Your appointment starts where the last one ended, because the people in the room were both there.
