What the Integrative Membership is

The Integrative Membership at Lesh Lifestyle is direct access to Integrative Medicine. Dr. Sarah Secor-Jones, DO, FACEP leads your care team and reads your labs against your history and your symptoms.

The membership is $200 per month, after a $400 comprehensive first appointment, and it is built around longer visits and ongoing messaging.

How it works here

Care starts with a discovery call that Dr. Sarah takes, with no pressure to join that day. The first visit is a 60-minute intake where your history and previous labs are read closely and the panels that fit your symptoms are ordered.

Once results are back, you meet again in the office or by telehealth to go through every key number in plain language and agree on a plan.

  • Discovery call

  • Intake visit

  • Lab review

  • Ongoing care

03

What changes over time

After the plan is set, the membership keeps Dr. Sarah in reach between visits through secure messaging. Follow-up visits are included.

What is recommended is adjusted as your body responds, so each conversation builds on the last.

04

Who it is for

The membership is a fit if you want time and a physician who can investigate long-standing issues. Many patients arrive after years of being told their labs are normal.

It does not replace health insurance, which you still need for emergencies, hospital care, specialists and procedures.

  • Weight that will not move

  • Menopause and hormones

  • Brain fog and sleep

What Integrative Medicine addresses

Dr. Sarah Secor-Jones seated in her office at Lesh Lifestyle

Fatigue and running on empty

You get through the day, then have nothing left for anything else. Dr. Sarah looks at thyroid, hormones, sleep and metabolism together instead of one at a time.

Treatments+

Expanded lab panels read against your baseline and your symptoms, then a plan that may include hormone therapy, nutrition and sleep work, reviewed as your body responds.

Causes+

Fatigue often traces back to hormone shifts, thyroid function, broken sleep, chronic stress, or nutrient gaps a narrow reference range misses.
