No-Show & Cancellation Policy

When you book, we reserve that time for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments mean the time cannot be offered to another patient, so we ask every patient to respect the following policy.
Cancellation notice
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With that notice there is no charge, and your spot can be offered to another patient.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a late-cancellation or no-show charge. Any charge that applies is shown to you when you book.
Deposits
Some treatments are held with a deposit collected at booking:
- $1,000 for a PRF Joint Injection series of three treatments.
- $500 for PDO Threads Full Face.
- $400 for PDO Threads Mid Face Lift, PDO Threads Neck, PRF Facial Rejuvenation, and a PRF Hair Restoration series of four treatments.
How a deposit is applied to your treatment is explained to you when you book.
Late arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that the next patient is not delayed.
