How care works here

You complete an online intake and then speak with Dr. Sarah on a discovery call. The first appointment is a 60-minute, $400 comprehensive consultation, in the office or by secure telehealth.

The plan comes to you in writing in your portal, with priorities, next steps and when labs get repeated. Follow-up visits keep it moving.

Fatigue that sleep does not fix

You wake unrefreshed, run on caffeine, and your workouts no longer give you the same results they used to.

Treatments+

Deeper lab panels, hormone testing as part of a full program, and sleep and nervous system work. Dr. Sarah explains each finding against how your days actually feel.

Causes+

Sleep quality drops, recovery stalls and inflammation rises. High stress can push cortisol and nervous system balance out of range.

Why patients choose Lesh Lifestyle for this care

The Lesh approach

Why patients choose Lesh Lifestyle for this care

Dr. Sarah spent 12 years in practice and 25 years in the Navy before building this one. She studied medicine at Michigan State, trained in emergency medicine, then added menopause and hormone certification. The practice she runs today is family-operated.

She is board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM) and licensed in Florida. She reads every lab, takes every discovery call herself, and adjusts every plan. Lesh Lifestyle has cared for more than 2,000 patients since 2022.

She is Konenki Vetted for menopause and holds certification through Dr. Heather Hirsch, which shapes how she reads hormone panels for both women and men.

Emergency medicine training means she rules out what is dangerous first, then treats what is fixable.
